For procurement teams

Who really delivers. Who plays you. Know it first.

A real membership instead of an Excel list. A signed authorization instead of an email confirmation. Identity, role and IBAN of your supplier – all checked in one onboarding step.

The challenge

Onboarding takes days. Verification stays gut feeling.

Buyers juggle PDFs, mail attachments and KYB documents. In the end, no one is sure who is really on the other side and who is allowed to sign.

Identity unverified

A trade-register extract by mail does not prove that the sender is actually authorised to represent the company.

3 days of onboarding

Master data, KYB, contract, IBAN — all in separate systems. The supplier loses patience, procurement loses oversight.

No membership, just a list

Who is still authorised today? Excel lists go stale. When the contact person changes, often only procurement notices — not the system.

How SigID solves it

Suppliers self-onboard — with audit proof.

Onboarding becomes a verified membership. The Excel list becomes a Trust Layer.

  1. 1

    Send onboarding link

Procurement sends a SigID link to the supplier — by email or QR.

  2. 2

Supplier verifies in the Trust App

Identity, role and IBAN are signed in the supplier's Trust App — not in a mail attachment.

  3. 3

    Membership is created

SigID creates a membership record: who can do what, from when, with which role.

  4. 4

    Sign contract with audit ID

When the contract is signed, SigID falls back on the membership. Audit ID attached to contract and ERP.

Example scenarios

How procurement teams use SigID.

New supplier from abroad

“Instead of trade-register PDFs and mail ping-pong, the supplier gets a Trust App link. Within minutes the membership is signed — with traceable signing authority.”

FAQ procurement

What procurement teams often ask.

  • Does SigID replace the classic KYB process?
SigID adds a verification layer on top of KYB: who is authorised today, who signed. The KYB documents themselves remain the responsibility of compliance.
  • Do suppliers need to install their own Trust App?
Yes, once. The Trust App is free. Onboarding works via link or QR — no separate SigID account on the buyer side.
  • What happens when authorised representatives change?
Management revokes the old proxy in the Trust App and signs the new one. SigID delivers the audit proof — plus a webhook to the ERP.
  • How is the supplier's IBAN verified?
During onboarding, management signs the IBAN. Later changes automatically trigger a fresh Trust App signature.
  • Can we sign contracts directly in SigID?
SigID does not sign contract documents but the Trust Layer around them. Document Proof binds the PDF hash to the audit ID — combination with eIDAS signature providers is possible.
